* Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Earrings and other hygienic jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
* Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or international shipping fees where applicable.
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as U So Sweet Jewelry is not responsible for lost return packages.​​​​
Returns Process

3. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.
4. Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items
